On Friday I posted all about Kelly and Tyler’s beautiful wedding at Pepper Plantation. So today I thought why not give you a sneak peak into the wedding day and how I work.
A Behind-the-Scenes look at wedding photographer Hannah Giddings
If you ever see me on the wedding day, its only for a split second because i’m always moving, watching, and photographing new moments the whole day. One of my secret loves is people watching (or as my husband likes to say: people staring) :). I love watching the way people interact, their facial expressions and body language. This aspect of my personality helps me be a better photographer. I’m always watching for different and fun moments.
I love interacting with my bride’s and groom’s and getting to know them, their family, and their friends better. Â As a photographer I spend the most time with the bride and groom than any other wedding vendor and I love that part of my job. Â I’m not just standing around taking pictures, I’m interacting with and helping in every way I can. Making their day as perfect as possible. Capturing moments, giving advice, and loving my clients throughout the day is my favorite part of photographing weddings.Â
I do my best to help in any and every way I can, even if it’s not photo related. I believe this allows me to capture more real intimate moments between the bride, groom and all their family and friends.
We’re always laughing and having an incredible time throughout the wedding day!
Can’t you just hear the click of the camera in this photo? 🙂
I am pretty much smiling most of the time behind the camera. Partly because they are smiling and partly because I LOVE what I do.
