Tim and Rachel are officially engaged! I met this beautiful couple at an incredible park on Kiawah Island for their Charleston engagement session. We enjoyed our time together exploring the area and taking a few photos here and there. One of their favorite stops was in front of the goal since they met while playing soccer. After the park, we headed down to the boardwalk and then strolled along the beach to take advantage of the gorgeous sunset.
It was such a pleasure meeting Tim and Rachel. I loved getting to know them during their engagement session and cannot wait to photograph their wedding next year!

While each of the places that I am so thankful to visit is incredibly beautiful, I have to admit that the Town of Kiawah Island has definitely been added to my favorites list.
These photos make it fairly obvious as to why I love Kiawah Island, but let me tell you a little more about this beautiful place. The island offers 10 miles of breathtaking beaches, protected maritime forests, sand dunes, and more! There are a variety of natural landscapes within a reasonable walking distance, lush with plants and wildlife. This place is a photographer’s dream! Pair that with a gorgeous couple and you have the makings of an awesome Charleston engagement session!

One last note about Tim and Rachel; their wardrobes were spot on for this session! The colors complimented the natural landscapes, totally fit their individual personalities, and allowed them to be comfortable enough to enjoy exploring the island with me. Perfect choices!
