Months and months (if not years) of work goes into planning a wedding. The ring, the proposal, the dress, the venue, the flowers… the list goes on and on. All of these tasks pulled together to create one epic event. A single day that is crafted to celebrate the union of two beautiful people creating a new life together.
When the party is over and the guests have gone home, what’s next? Well, maybe an incredible honeymoon. But even if you’ve decided to wait on that, you still have something incredibly special to look forward to; your wedding photos!
If you’re anything like me, you might just hit refresh on your phone ten times an hour until that glorious email arrives from yours truly and contained within it is a link to your wedding photos gallery! When you click on that link, it will take you to a custom gallery that is full of photos from your special day.
This brings us to the first tip for sharing your wedding photos with family and friends:
Tip 1: Forward the email!
Share away, my friend! I’m excited and I want you to be as well. Just click ‘forward’ within your email browser and add the recipients you’d like to share the gallery with. It’s that simple.
Tip 2: Share on social media!
Once you’ve clicked on that link and have the gallery up on your screen, you have the option to click on ‘share’. Clicking on this menu item will cause a screen to pop up with a variety of social platforms for you to choose from (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Google+, and Email). You’ll have the opportunity to add a cusotm message to the post before publishing.
I love every variety of social share but if I could ask you one simple favor, here it is: please tag me! I’ll likely do a happy dance when I receive the notification and promise you that it will make my day. <3
Tip 3: Print your photos!
If you’re ever going to invest in printed photos, this is the time! You can browse through the product options and order directly from the online gallery. Each of the items I offer are of the highest quality and the ordering process is very straightforward.
When you receive your prints, share them with your family and friends! I’m certain that they will be thankful for the gift and proudly display the images within their homes.
