A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of photographing Wich Cream?. They sell homemade (AMAZING!) ice cream sandwiches all over the Charleston, SC area.

I met Brandon, the owner of Wich Cream?, at his kitchen and he showed me step by step the process of making their signature ice-cream sandwiches. Everything smelled as good as it looked while he cooked. He even let me taste test at the end and let me tell you, they are the BEST ice-cream sandwiches i’ve ever had. You would most definitely be doing yourself a disservice by not checking them out.
