As a Charleston wedding photographer, I feel so lucky to have the chance to photograph couples in love in some of the most charming and romantic locations. The Eastern Seaboard is filled with so many pretty, historical places to tie the knot. And I have been fortunate to photograph a large number of them! When Emily and Jaison told me that they had chosen Boone Hall Plantation for their wedding, I was absolutely thrilled!
This is one of my top favorite venues. With rows of oak trees, gorgeous gardens, and historic elegance, this location is such a beautiful spot for a Charleston wedding. It’s truly a photographer’s dream! It brings all of the iconic Southern energy and offers the best locations for portraits. You really can’t beat it for a ceremony backdrop either!
Likewise, Emily and Jaison’s wedding day was perfect. I knew I was in for something special after witnessing their love in their Charleston engagement session from earlier year, and their wedding did not disappoint. These two are not only model-worthy gorgeous, they have a sweet chemistry that is so apparent!
Emily was glowing in her classic gown, and the pair looked stunning with their large wedding party. I loved their choice in florals and all of the small details that completed the overall vibes of the event. I loved every minute of their heartfelt ceremony and had a blast capturing their fun party! It was evident that they put so much thought into making the event personal and enjoyable for their closest friends and families.
I am so excited to be sharing a few sneak peeks from their wedding with you today. Their vendor team was top-notch and brought to life Emily’s vision perfectly—and made the entire day so enjoyable to photograph. Thank you, Emily and Jaison, for allowing me to capture your wedding! I hope you love these wedding sneak peeks.
