10 Mobile Apps You Didn’t Know You Needed For Your Business

The right mobile app can make your life so much smoother and even more enjoyable. But how do you know which apps will help you and which will just waste your time? Here are the ten best mobile apps for business (I use every single one of these daily):

  1. Quickbooks Self Employed – If you’re looking for an app that helps you keep track of your business expenses, this is the one you need. It has a bonus milage tracking feature that makes it really easy to track your miles for work so you can report an accurate deduction at the end of the year.
  2. Mailtracker – You’ve probably already heard someone talking about Mailtracker, and for good reason. Its goal is to help you stay on top of received emails and make contacting clients much easier and streamlined.
  3. Honeybook – This app is a no-brainer. If you do any kind of business that requires client management you need Honeybook. Honeybook makes it really, really easy to jump onto the platform at any time to answer messages, send contracts and invoices, or connect with new potential leads.
  4. Planoly – For instagram management this is by far my favorite app. You can schedule out photos in a grid form to make sure it will visually look good. You can then write captions, add hashtags, and schedule to autopost. You never even need to log into IG (which can help greatly in time management and not getting distracted).
  5. MailChimp – Those looking for an app to help them manage their email list should look no further than MailChimp, which allows you to create and schedule campaigns from your smartphone.
  6. Splashtop – Ever needed access to your work computer when not in the office? This app lets you do just that from just about any mobile device.
  7. Google Photos – Google photos is a cloud-based storage system that helps keep all your photos organized. You can upload photos from your desktop, automatically sync your photos from your phone, and access them at anytime. Plus it’s FREE!
  8. CleanMyMac – If you are a Mac user, this is especially helpful! It constantly runs in the background and gives you alerts when you need to  clean up files or documents to help keep your Mac running fast. I use it all the time especially since I’m constantly uploading and downloading huge amounts of files.
  9. Square – Square is a universal mobile payment receiving app, and unlike many of its competitors it requires no monthly fees.
  10. Boomerang – If you find it difficult to manage healthy business hours with clients, this is the app for you. It allows you to respond to emails (at midnight) but schedule them to send the next day at anytime, so you can maintain healthy business boundaries.
