Arbogast Family Portrait Session | Annapolis Newborn Photographer

I have said it before, and I will say it again: having the chance to work with repeat clients time and time again is one of the biggest joys in my business. While it is always so enjoyable to meet a couple, get to know them, and photograph them on the best day of their life (their wedding!), it is even better when they come back to me to photograph their other major life milestones.

As an Annapolis newborn photographer, a majority of my clients are returning clients, which is absolutely special. Not only do I love getting the chance to see their families grow, but I believe that it’s so important for them to have tangible records of their family’s memories. So by freezing time and capturing these memories, my clients are able to see their children develop and grow. It’s the perfect way to create family photo album “yearbooks,” and since they have professional images from me each year, the styles will always look great together.

The Arbogast family is one of my treasured repeat clients! This newborn session was the fourth time I have photographed them, and each family photo session has been unique. This time around, they called me to document their sweet newborn baby girl in my typical lifestyle family photography style. Naturally, they chose their stunning Baltimore home as the backdrop for the shoot! Their house gave us a perfect, welcoming environment.

I photographed their new addition in her beautiful nursery, in her parent’s room, the living room, and the front yard– a little bit of everywhere! She looked so darling and serene in her antique-style rocking bassinet. And she appeared perfectly content simply hanging out with her family, from snuggling with her parents on the couch to hanging out with mom while her brother played with the dog!

The Arbogasts exuded happiness during this exciting stage of life, and I’m so grateful I was able to capture it for them!
