My typical week as an Annapolis family photographer is chock full with a lot of the same activities as any small business owner: e-mails, finances, phone calls, blogging. But then smack dab in the middle of it all, I’m able to sneak out of the house and work with the most amazing families and couples, capturing precious moments in time.
And although I love so many parts of my work as an Annapolis family photographer, to me, this is what it’s all about. I love taking a couple of hours out of a family’s week to focus on the beauty of them, and helping them understand their innate, inner beauty is always a goal from my family photography sessions!
This fall, I met up with the Bernitt family for an outdoor family photo session in Maryland. We had the loveliest time walking along one of my favorite trails, taking in the scenery, and enjoying the foliage! I love how there are little hints of fall that show through their photos and tie perfectly to their casual attire.
And of course, the real star of this Annapolis family photo session is their sweet baby boy! He was a champ for the photos—a real model baby—always looking at the camera and showing off his baby blues. He was one of the most relaxed babies I have worked with, and his parents’ love for him is so apparent! We got a couple of cute smiles out of him and so many wonderful shots of him showing off his precious bear outfit.
We photographed this session just in time for holiday cards, so the Bernitts could celebrate this great stage of their family with all of those that they love, as well! Thank you for letting me part of your family’s story!
